In 1975, ECCA Payroll + Business Solutions was founded as a service bureau that handled payroll and data processing for area companies. Over the years, ECCA’s payroll business has expanded to become one of the largest independent payroll providers in the tri-state area.

Today, ECCA Payroll and Business Solutions is a multi-faceted service bureau that focuses on payroll processing, tax filing and software development for businesses across the country.

With nearly 35 years of experience, ECCA provides a diverse range of services for businesses including payroll processing, human resource solutions and tax filing. ECCA also develops software for non-profit and for-profit organizations, including Feeding America food banks, medical supply and recovery organizations and mutual insurance companies.
