Payroll Customer Service Representative
ECCA Payroll Service is a growing local payroll services company with a national footprint.
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative. On a daily basis you will interact with our clients via phone or email, delivering the world-class support we are known for!
Required Qualifications / Skills:
- Knowledge of gross-to-net payroll and tax calculations, including effect of tax exempt deductions.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Access.
- Experience using web-based software systems and using internet resources for research and analysis.
- Task oriented ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
Desired Skills, but not required:
- Experience managing electronic time and attendance systems.
- Knowledge of FLSA rules helpful.

Software Programmer
ECCA is a professional Payroll Service organization and Application Software Developer. We service a diverse range of clients both regionally and nationally.
We are seeking a Application Software Developer with a minimum of 5+ years experience developing enterprise level applications utilizing Microsoft technologies.
Required Qualifications/Skills
- C#
- Asp.net (using .Net Framework 3.5 and above)
- JavaScript with experience using Jquery
- T-SQL
- HTML
- CSS
- Test Driven Development
Desired Skills, but not required:
- C++
- VB Script
- Crystal Reports
- Experience with Telerik controls
Required Technologies
- .NET Framework 3.5 and above
- Visual Studio 2008 and above
- Microsoft SQL Server 2005 and above
The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate understanding in the required skills listed above and be able to leverage the technologies in newer versions of SQL Server.
The candidate should be a team player as well as able to work independently to meet deadlines set by management and be a self-starter (i.e. given enough information to start a project and seek answers from business team to solve any missing requirements) and be able to multi-task.
