CLIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

ECCA is the tri-state area's largest independent payroll and tax service company. Our business is growing and we have an immediate opening in our customer service area for a friendly, courteous support person. This is a full time position where you will interact with clients on a daily basis concerning matters of critical importance and confidentiality. Duties include new customer setup as well as training and answering calls regarding payroll questions and changes. Payroll/bookkeeping experience including working knowledge of federal, state and local employment tax regulations is a must. Effective use of Microsoft Office, VB script and SQL a plus.
