FRONT DESK PROFESSIONAL We have an immediate opening for a full-time front desk professional to create a positive and professional impression of ECCA and support outstanding client service by answering and redirecting incoming calls, greeting visitors, and performing clerical support functions for departments throughout the company. Other duties including but not limited to the sorting of incoming mail, distributing payrolls to clients, compiling spreadsheets and miscellaneous typing requests from other departments, help prepare outgoing mass mailings, review new client data and verify accuracy of input/imported information. SOFTWARE TRAINER ECCA develops application software for Mutual Insurance companies. We are looking for the right person to work with a regional customer base as a software trainer. Duties for this job include providing software implementation and conversion assistance, telephone support, and on-site as well as Web-based customer training. Requirements include: Knowledge of insurance underwriting or experience working for an insurance agency or company; excellent knowledge of Windows NT/2000/XP; excellent communication and administrative skills; and a strong desire to help others.
CLIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE ECCA is the tri-state area's largest independent payroll and tax service company. Our business is growing and we have an immediate opening in our customer service area for a friendly, courteous support person. This is a full time position where you will interact with clients on a daily basis concerning matters of critical importance and confidentiality. Duties include new customer setup as well as training and answering calls regarding payroll questions and changes. Payroll/bookkeeping experience including working knowledge of federal, state and local employment tax regulations is a must. Effective use of Microsoft Office, VB script and SQL a plus.
