Mutual Expert is built on the highly tested and proven Microsoft Visual Basic® platform and uses the powerful Microsoft SQL® server database to ensure reliability and high performance. Premium processing system – This includes every aspect of policy management, such as pre-issue and post-issue processing capabilities, as well as reinsurance reporting, billing, and agent’s commission. Bureau statistical reporting is automatically generated each quarter. Claims processing system – Mutual Expert tracks a complete history of all claims. It is integrated to the policy master file and provides for reserves, payment, and catastrophe tracking. Billing system – With Mutual Expert, you can issue direct billing, agency billing, payment plans, and policy cancellation and reinstatement. Rating system – All basic and endorsement rating modules are included for inquiry and maintenance. You can also track personal lines rating and writing.
