ECCA SecurePay is the convenient, inexpensive solution to payroll account reconciliation and security issues.
With ECCA SecurePay, all funds are electronically transferred from your designated funding accounts into ECCA’s Payroll and Tax Trust Accounts. All payroll checks, tax payments, agency checks and direct deposits are then charged or drafted against the ECCA Payroll and Tax Trust Accounts. Checks and direct deposit advices are printed with your organization’s name and logo.
Your staff is spared the burden of maintaining and reconciling a payroll trust account. In addition, all ECCA Trust Accounts utilize Positive Pay technology that virtually eliminates the risk of check fraud.
All of ECCA’s SecurePay and Tax Trust accounts are managed by Verifund, a nationally recognized, automated bank reconciliation system.
Verifund allows ECCA to balance each tax and trust account to the penny, every day and with every transaction. It goes beyond just balancing; Verifund also records each EFTPS deposit including the confirmation code.
All of this information can be provided upon request for any period. It will show all funds escrowed as well as the current disposition of every penny.
Because ECCA is committed to the confidentiality of your information and the proper distribution of the escrow money, we voluntarily:
