How to Begin the Process

With any new customer, ECCA is prepared to begin the conversion process immediately. We recommend starting the conversion process 30 days prior to the first payroll. Should a situation arise, ECCA can process payroll in as little as two weeks.
The most important aspect of the installation and conversion process is ECCA’s philosophy of service. We understand that our success depends on meeting our customers’ needs and expectations.
We treat each customer as a business partner. Starting from the first day of our agreement, we design our system around your requirements rather than forcing you to fit your company into a "predefined package."

During the ECCA conversion and implementation process, we:
- Hold an initial client conversion meeting to gather all necessary company demographic information to facilitate the company set up.
- Set up the company database and enter all employee information into the system.
- Record all employee quarter-to-date and year-to-date wage details.
- Audit the company and employee setup while reconciling and balancing all employee wage and tax information.
- Provide the client with a set of conversion reports, including employee master file data and detailed earnings information.
- If necessary, prepare termination notice to your prior payroll provider.
- Assume full responsibility for all quarterly and annual reconciliations and tax filings, including employee W-2s.
